How to Log In

Summary:

Learn how to access the CMS, reset your password, and get help if you can’t log in.


Setting Your Password

  1. Your Eastwood project manager will create a CMS account for you
  2. Once created, you'll receive an email with a link to create a password. This link will expire after 24 hours. If you don't set it in time simply reach out to your Eastwood project manager for a new link.

Logging In for the First Time

  1. Go to your CMS login page: [This will be adding '/admin' to the end of your website URL]
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Login.


Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password:


  1. On the login screen, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send.
  3. Check your inbox for the reset link and follow the prompts.

Two-Factor Authentication (If Enabled)

  • Enter your username and password as normal.
  • Enter the code from your authenticator app.
