Why Roles & Permissions Matter

Roles control what a user can see and do in the CMS. This helps keep content secure and ensures editors only access the areas relevant to their job.

Common Roles in LEAP + Craft CMS

• Admin – Full access to all settings, content, and configuration. Can create new users and manage site settings.
• Editor – Can create, edit, and publish content but cannot change site settings.

In LEAP all CMS users are assigned Editor access. Your Eastwood project manager and development team have admin access and will be able to assist where needed.
