Using Drafts & Revisions

Summary:

Craft CMS lets you save your work in progress as drafts and review past revisions of any entry.

Drafts

• Drafts let you work on changes without publishing them immediately.
• You can create multiple drafts for the same entry.

To Create a Draft:

1. Open an entry.
2. Click the Create a Draft button at the top.
3. Make your changes and click Save Draft.

Revisions

• Every time you save, Craft stores a revision of your entry.
• You can revert to any previous revision at any time.

To Restore a Revision:

1. Open the entry.
2. Click the Revisions tab (right side).
3. Select a revision and click Publish Changes.
