Configuring the Purchase Panel
The Purchase Panel controls how users purchase products, memberships or hospitality packages on your website.
LEAP supports multiple purchase methods, giving you full flexibility to:
- Sell externally via Ticketmaster or other providers
- Sell directly on the website
- Integrate with Event Hub
- Display Coming Soon products
- Fully customise pricing layouts and button labels
Where to Find It
Open a Product or Package entry and scroll to the Purchase Panel section.

Purchase Types
LEAP supports four purchase modes.
1. Sell Externally
Use this when purchases happen on another platform such as:
- Ticketmaster
- Ticketek
- Humanitix
- External membership systems
How It Works
Users browse the product on your website, then click through to the external purchase destination.
External Purchase Types
Single URL
One button links all users to a single destination.
Example:
- “Buy Now” → Ticketmaster product page
Multiple URLs
Displays a modal or purchase panel with multiple purchase options.
Example:
| Label | Destination |
|---|---|
| Adult | Adult ticket URL |
| Concession | Concession URL |
| Family | Family package URL |
This is ideal when different products or pricing tiers require separate checkout links.
2. Purchase In Site
Use this when selling directly within LEAP.
This allows users to:
- Add items to cart
- Checkout directly on the website
- Complete payment onsite
Typically used with:
- Internal product sales
- Merchandise or simple package sales (often not having game day access so integration with Ticketmaster is not needed)
3. Sell via Event Hub
Used when integrating with Event Hub purchasing flows.
This option connects products directly with your Event Hub setup and allows users to move into the Event Hub purchasing experience seamlessly.
4. Coming Soon
Displays the product without allowing purchase.
Perfect for:
- Pre-launch campaigns
- Upcoming memberships
- Placeholder packages
- Early marketing activity
You can still:
- Display pricing
- Show package information
- Build hype before launch
Key Tips
- Use Multiple URLs for different ticket types
- Use Show Only Full Price for simple pricing
- Keep pricing labels clear and user-friendly
- Test external links before launch
- Use Coming Soon to build anticipation before campaigns go live
